Parking
Parking is possible only in the street. We would like to kindly ask our guests to bear in mind that on occasions parking might take time.
Payment methods
We can accept payment for the services in cash and Széchenyi recreation card / from leisure sub-account/ issued by MKB, KH and OTP, we cannot accept bank cards.
Making appointments
Making appointments in our salon is possible exclusively via phone on weekdays.
Appointment cancellation, modification
We can accept appointment modifications and cancellations only and exclusively via phone on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm.
Appointment cancellation, modification over two workdays
We can accept appointment modifications and cancellations made more than two workdays prior to the appointment.
Appointment cancellation, modification within two workdays
If an appointment is changed or cancelled within two workdays, our salon can only provide a new appointment if the price of the service is paid when making the new appointment.
In the case of passes and gift cards, the service is available at a new appointment upon paying the 50% of the value of the service.
Delay
Our salon can accept a delay of maximum 15 minutes by reducing the duration of the service by the length of the delay, if possible. As for tattoo corrections, passes and gift cards, in the case of a delay longer than 15 minutes the service qualifies as performed.
